Don’t Turn Off the TV
Exercise your while watching the TV. You can do this while lying in the bed or on the couch. Be sure to tighten up your abs first so that you don’t hurt your lower back and keep them tight the whole time. It’s a great way to use some downtime and get some or all of your muscle toning for the day. You have the option of working your arms, legs and abs from this position without ever getting up.
