The Sitting Chest and Shoulder Stretch
Here’s a stretch you can use to relax your chest and arms. You can start your stretch by sitting on a balance ball. Make sure that you keep your abs tight while you’re doing this stretch. Sit nice and tall and be sure to keep your feet flat on the floor. Join your hands behind you and keep your arms straight. Lift your clasped hands about a foot, keeping your back straight. Hold for 30 seconds.

The Seated Quad Stretch
Use this stretch to relax your quads. Begin the stretch by sitting on the left side of your bottom. The outside of your left leg should be fully touching the floor. Your left and right legs should be touching as if they were glued together. Use your left hand and arm to prop yourself up. Now grab your right ankle with your right hand and pull back to stretch your quadriceps muscle. Now switch legs and repeat the stretch.
