Wrist Curls Using Dumbbells
To do a wrist curl, you can start by sitting up straight on the edge of a workout bench. Now make sure that your abs are tight and that your feet are flat on the floor throughout the exercise. Hold two 5 lb. dumbbells in your hands and place the back of your wrists on your knees. Lift the weight and point your knuckles to the ceiling. Now lower the weight again. Repeat the motion for 2 sets of 8 repetitions.

Wrist Extensions Using Dumbbells
Here’s a wrist extension exercise that you can use to strengthen your forearms. Begin by sitting on the edge of a workout bench. Sit straight and keep your abs tight. Grab two 5 lb. dumbbells and place your wrists on your knees with your palms facing the ground. Now, as you’re holding the weights, point your knuckles to the ceiling and the lower them again. Repeat this movement for 2 sets of 8 repetitions.
